About our Staff
Chris, Vet Technician: Chris has come to us recently from Mountain View A/H, bringing years of valuable practical experience to our staff. We have quickly come to rely on her impressive knowledge and natural curiosity. She enjoys reading, camping and horse racing and shares her home, not only with her husband and daughter, but with "Crash", a beagle, "Lynard Skynard", a poodle, and 2 cats, "Rosie" and "Southpaw". A talented groomer, as well, Chris makes her home in Brigham City.
Codi, Vet Technician: Codi has worked in the animal care field since 1999. She has worked with all types of animals from spiders to elephants, but she especially loves working with companion animals. Codi has 4 pets: Jojo, a 4 year-old Rottweiller, Doobie, an 11 year-old Abyssinian, Ramses, a 5 year-old blue Bengal, and Fresca, a seven year-old Arabian/mustang. She was born in Utah and raised in California. Codi loves to paint, sculpt and write poetry. In addition to enjoying her artistic talents, she loves to travel, and enjoys the Utah outdoors.
Elise, Vet Technician: Elise is relatively new to the field, but quickly learning. She was born in Germany, but mostly raised in Utah. When she has free time, Elise enjoys dancing, reading, and sewing. She shares her home with 2 cats, "Bellatrix" and "Molly", as well as 4 araucana hens.
Tami, Office Staff: Tami has been with the PetVet since 2001. She was born in Michigan and moved to Utah in 1979. She is a graduate of Bonneville High and attended Weber State. After moving around with her husband (Air Force) for 21 years Tami and her family “retired” to Mountain Green. She has three children (daughters) and one grandson. Her fur-babies include three standard poodles, and three cats. In her spare time Tami likes to scrapbook, read, camp and spend time with the family. She believes her many years of office experience coupled with a love of animals makes the PetVet the perfect place to work.
Jill, Office Manager: Jill has worked at this location for more than 15 years and is very fond of our patients and their human friends, as well as the Pet Vet family. Born in Idaho, she has lived in the Davis/Weber area since 1972. Jill enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking, as well as remodeling her 75 year old cottage. Mom of four grown children and “grammy” of five, she is graciously allowed to share her home with two long-haired cats, “DB” and “Mitchie”.
Willow: Believing herself to be general manager, official greeter, and high princess of the Pet Vet Animal Hospital, our flame-point female holds court daily in the office. Whether she is checking out the new arrivals, basking in her "tower" or playing with any one of many toys, Willow has become an integral (if slightly spoiled) part of the Pet Vet family. Abandoned as a tiny kitten over two years ago, she quickly took for herself the position as "office cat", and will hopefully remain such for a good long time.
